Renting a house in Springfield Central area.

I would like to know that If the train station parking is full, are we allowed to park our vehicle near the streets? Is it safe to park in streets? Are the car parks packed on weekdays 8 am to 9 am? Are the streets packed too?

Is it a safe suburb? How is the crime rate?
