Depends on your definition of 'best'. This could mean proximity to amenities and/or schools. Prettiest etc.
As far as sales values I believe Torokina and Douglas are ranked as the highest value streets based on highest sale prices.

i think is Killeaton street because it can be gone through to main way and nice view surrounding in the middle hill.
