Robina is a great suburb for location and lifestyle. One of the best shopping facilities on the Gold Coast with Robina Town Centre, 5-10 minute drive to Burleigh Beach, M1 motorway and great schools are also within easy reach. Robina has great diversity, there are so many things to love, but I do feel that a huge bonus is you are literally within a 5-min round trip & I really mean 3 to 5 mins of everything you need. Robina public & Private Hospital, CBUS Stadium for sporting events & concerts. Train station & great bus routes, primary & high schools, a huge shopping centre with all the brands you need. But then you also have your smaller community villages, lots of green space & all a 10-15 min drive to the beach.

Robina seems like a great option but beware it is not. Evergreen View is the worst place I have ever lived. If you want your home vandalised, children screaming 10+ hours a day, drug deals and neighbours who love to harass and bully you then Robina is the place for you!

As a real estate agent agent working in Robina, I meet residents of Robina on a daily basis. These are very often families who have lived in the suburb in excess of 20 years and is testament to how wonderful the suburb is.

Robina is a great suburb for families, with a fantastic infrastructure and a good choice of state and private schools. There are lots of wonderful parks and it’s a short drive to the beach and hinterland. It’s really very difficult to beat as far as lifestyle goes and hence the reluctance of residents to leave the suburb.

This does make it a little difficult for new families wanting to buy in the suburb, however, for this very reason it is a great investment to own a property in the suburb and the price of houses has grown steadily and consistently over many years.

A recent trend in the area is the renovation of older homes and there are some beautifully renovated homes that have come onto the market recently.

There is rarely new homes available to purchase, however, every once in a while a home will be demolished and a new one built in its place. This is the case at 1 Bilgola Place, Robina and the block has been cleared and subdivided and there will be 2 new 4 bedroom homes built and ready for sale in April 2019.

I expect this to become a trend in the suburb as the value of the blocks continue to rise due to the suburb being so sought after.

Great place to work and live. Everything is close by. I can walk to the town centre and the train station from my work and for those things that aren't within a short walk, Robina is a very central to easily drive or catch a train or bus to other areas of the Gold Coast or Brisbane. Lots of good restaurants and shops and lots of free parking too which is good.

Robina is scattered with beautiful areas that will suit every lifestyle. It is close to the stunning Gold Coast beaches and only a stones throw to the serentity of the hinterland.

Personally my kids attend Kings Christian College, and I am over the moon about everything the school offers. There is also a number of excellant schools scattered around Robina and surrounding suburbs.

Shopping is made easy with places like, Robina Town Centre. Comments like "I love wandering around the shops and Robina has a great atmosphere." are very common.

Robina has become a well established suburb with world class facilities and living options aplenty! I cant seem to find this value anywhere else in the world!!! Where else can you get a 3 bedroom home in walking distance from shopping names like Myer and David Jones a train station, Awesome golf courses, restaurants, large hospital, world class sports stadium, Ovals, freeway access, massive shopping center, river walks, Schools and universities. you could also add the advantages of the area like the best climate and beaches in Australia with sporting options everywhere!

Expensive homes for the size, small blocks than many other suburbs, but the centrality to shopping, train, footy stadium, hospital is all great. If you’re thinking of moving here and you’re not from the Coast, don’t expect the beach!
