"Cute little quiet and clean suburb"
My grandparents live in Wishart and I spent a lot of time here as a kid. It is a wonderful suburb. They feel very safe retiring in Wishart and are happy that Red Rooster, McDonalds and Foodworks are walking distance to them. When I have kids Wishart would be my ideal place to buy a home and raise them as I feel it is so central to everything I could ever want; Garden City, CBD, M1 > Gold Coast and Redlands/Wynnum Bay! Grandparents are always hounded to sell due to being in the catchment for Mansfield St High, apparently a top Brisbane school.

"A good place for family"
I have been living in Wishart for 3 years and I think it's a very good place to raise your children. Good neighbourhood spirit. I feel like everything is just a few minutes drive away. The massive (just extended) Garden City shopping centre provides lots of shopping and eating options. And there are some of the best public schools around this area (Mansfield, McGregor, Wishart)

"Perfect Place"
We have been looking for a while and finally found the house we wanted here in Wishart. Its got everything we need here in this area- great shopping centres Garden City and if want we can head over to Carindale. Quite close the both the Gateway and the Pacific Highway. Wishart is close to one of the best public school school in Brisbane -Mansfield High State High School where I hope my kids can go to when they get into high school. Best of all we are also close to nice people and great churches around this area like Hillsongs Church. Overall, We love it here in Wishart.

We lived in Erindale Close just off Ham Road. It was a fantastic place to live at. Our neighbours were great, and it was super quiet. We lived here for almost three years and had our son while living there. We were renting at the time and unfortunately, due to the owners needing to move back in, we'd had to resort to moving hastily elsewhere. We have great memories of the area and really wanted to raise our son here too. Great schools to chose from and easy access to many places. You really didn't even need to drive because buses were great too! Locals were lovely and the local shops were just a walk away. I loved it, and I'm sure you'll love it, especially if you have a family! Great parks and i would take my son for walks early morning without any fear. The streets were truly safe. I use to walk to the shops alone in the evening if we needed milk and you only ever pass by friendly locals. Always felt safe!

"Wishart"
Came to Wishart and rented so that my daughter could get into Mansfield high School as it has the French Immersion Programme and has an excellent reputation. So after renting for 6 months we bought the house up the street. Have lived here 3 years and love the access to the Gateway, Pac Highway. Garden City and Carindale are only minutes away for fantastic shopping and working in the City there are a load of buses that take you there pronto. Great local restaurants located in Coorparoo which is only a 5 minute drive away.
Nice clean neighbourhood, houses and yards are always maintined and the best neighbours I have ever had.

"A safe and established neighbourhood"
The area is great, the schools are amazing, if your close to mt gravatt-capalaba rd then you are going to get a little traffic noise but overall a great place to live.

I have 5 bus services with 5 mins of my house in Wishart, it depends where you are. You can say the same for pretty much all suburbs.
