Reviews of Swan Street, Richmond
"Some sort of stylish area along with lots of cafes and also dining places."
It is widely regarded for its Club landscape and prosperity involving coffee shops, bookstores, Restaurants along with other ingesting choices. And especially the Jai Ho Indian Restaurant is basically a great spot, I like this a lot.

"Entertainment Value is High"
I pretty much only go to Swan Street for a couple of reasons. The Corner Hotel, which is a small music venue that can gets some pretty big acts, and Rod Laver Arena which is not only a great place for stadium concerts but is the host of the Australian Tennis Open. Getting public transport to these locations is a cinch with the Richmond Train Station in walking distance of both. Driving is normally pretty smooth, the only problem you might find is on the intersection of Swan Street and Punt Road there are a lot of homeless people washing windows for some money so be prepared to be asked.
