I would love to know about high schools in the area, public v private ?
Moving from Sydney early next year & would love opinions on the best high schools my son will be entering into year 8.
he currently attends a catholic school we have had some problems with him being bullied this year :(

Smithfield State High is a great school. The teachers genuinely care about their students. Academic results are solid and they have an excellent link into James Cook University. Huge variety of sport on offer. Really switched on PE department.Technology is also good.
