Pretty good the arboretum is a great place to have parties. But lots of bugs and mosquitos and it is hard to walk around safely. What I mean is there are lots of really busy areas where children can get run over. So probably should have more pedestrians crossings. Overall pretty good suburb you just need lots of bug spray.
