Gunn
"Clean and green"
Gunn is a suburb of the satellite city of Palmerston, located about 25 minutes drive from Darwin CBD. The Palmerston City Council do a excellent job of landscaping the verges, parks and keeping these public areas looking clean and green.
Great for
- Clean, green, quiet
- A safe suburb
- Well-maintained gardens, parks and public areas
Not great for
- As with all of Darwin and the NT, it's very expensive to live here
- Rents and house prices were exhorbantant but are currently experiencing a rapid downturn
