"Get Back to the Good Life"
Dromedary is located around 21 kms north west of Hobart. It is an area where large properties are the norm. It has no township to speak of and public transport is non-existent. Everything is kilometres away. But if you live out here that's the way you like it. You want to get back to a simpler way of life and here you can. You still have access to the necessities of life but you can choose when and where you want to engage with the outside world.

"Little Town Really Going Ahead"
Howden is located 16 kms south west of Hobart. It is on the coastline of North West Bay. It is a small community with no local amenities to speak of. However, the suburbs of Kingston and Margate are able to provide the daily necessities and more. It ajoins the bush giving it a real country feel yet it is only a 30 minute trip into Hobart. It has undergone significant development in the last few years and its community has rapidly grown due to the easier access through the building of new roads and the accompanying housing development.

"Slice of Heaven"
Forcett is located in a lovely valley and pastureland region about 26kms north east of Hobart. It provides some water views of the Seven Mile Beach area going towards Mount Wellington. Although there is not much to the township of Forcett amenities such as shops, schools and local beaches are only a short drive away. The bush at night comes alive with native animals and horse riding trails are not too far away. It is the perfect place to raise a family.

"Get Away from Everything"
Carlton is a locality in the Sorell area. It has very few local services but it has a beach to die for less that a kilometre away. Take long walks along the scenic beach which goes for miles. If you're a surfer come and enjoy the locals secret surfing spot. Winter creates the best conditions. It is good under all tidal conditions. However, be warned it is popular and can get crowded at times.
