Is traffic noise a problem in the North Hobart area?

Most of the residential properties in North Hobart are off the major roads and those that are on the main roads are insulated from the noise by fencing, being set back from the street and double glazing. So traffic noise doesn't seem to be a major problem for those living in the area.
