Azalea Place is part of the exlusive 100% cul-de-sac streets that make up the Flowers Estate on the border of Ingleburn & Macquarie Fields, built in the mid 90's. All the houses in the entire estate have a homely, rich & classic look, all with timeless New-Federation style architechture. The street (& estate) straddles the length of the beautiful genlte sloping hill along the beautifully landscaped Hazelett Oval grounds. The street has a relaxing ambience, lovely neighbours & well kept lawns. Closeby are all the facilities, restaurants, & shopping of Ingleburn, or the fast food options of Macquarie Fields in the other direction. A short distance away is the recently refurbished Ingleburn RSL Club, with its stunning bar, cafe & dining and great quality shows. Often the shows are free, including a fabulous Cher impersonator concert! You have easy access to Ingleburn station, the M5, and even a 1/2hrly bus that pulls up next to the Green Corridor centre of Azalea Place (a short path connects the Green Corridor centre of Azalea Place to the bus stop within the adjascent Ingleburn Carrs Esatate.)

Waverley is a hightly visible suburb on the edge of East Launceston on the way to the East Coast. Waverley has so much naturaly beauty with a stunning sandy-shored fishing lake surrounded by mountain & city views. Waverley also has a rich history with the world famous Waverley Wollen Mills tucked away at the base of top-of-hill suburb. Having said that, the suburb is changing rapidly- it now even has it's own vineyard & winery, and even tourist accomodation!

Yollar Place Waverley, is a fantastic street that has quite an exclusive feel being a cul-de-sac that sits up on a hill with fantastic views of the country side & mountain ranges, yet is only 10mins to Launceston CBD. Virtually next to the entrance to Yollar Place is a beautiful boutique winery called Ryanna Vineyard that also has onsite tourist accomodation Glenayr Apartments.

This is one of the best streets in Waverley. At the top end of the street is the fantastic Waverley school, and beautiful fishing lake with the stunning mountains in the background. At the bottom end of Carlisle street is the Waverley supermarket and post office agent, plus cafe/fast food service station. All this is on the western side of A3 highway, all within close walking distance. Also, by jumping in a car, you can access all the facilities & shopping of Newstead in 5mins, and only further 5mins to Launceston CBD.

Waverley has natural beauty, with stunning mountain & city views from most streets including Hogarth Street, a beautiful sandy-shored lake & walking/fishing jetty, and it a high visibility area on show from the A3 highway as it's the last suburb of Launceston on the way to the East Coast. The suburb is changing rapidly and on the up & up, as people start to appreciate it's unique showcase position, it's natural beauty, and it even now has it's own winery & boutique tourist accomodation. The suburb has it's own supermarket, petrol station, post office agent, fast foot, school, and is only minutes to the Launceston city centre & all the commercial & sporting facilities of Newstead/East Launceston. Houses in Waverley are affordable, both for purchase & rental.
At the end of Hogarth Street is the entrance to a large former Gunns parcel of land, that's been sold. Once it's developed will possibly cause quite a boom in Hogarth Street and Waverley in general. One street to watch!
