Yollar Place Waverley, is a fantastic street that has quite an exclusive feel being a cul-de-sac that sits up on a hill with fantastic views of the country side & mountain ranges, yet is only 10mins to Launceston CBD. Virtually next to the entrance to Yollar Place is a beautiful boutique winery called Ryanna Vineyard that also has onsite tourist accomodation Glenayr Apartments.
The beautiful winery vines plantation is on a gentle sloping hill that face the entrance to the Yollar Place cul-de-sac.

- Stunning Mountain / countryside views
- Only 10mins to Launceston CBD, or 5mins to Newstead shops
Not great for
- No restaurants- would be good if the winery built one! or even just a cafe
