We have moved to another part of Wyndham Vale, near the new Rugby oval. Unfortunately a lot of homes have been rented out, hence ferals! People parking their cars on the nature strips, rubbish tossed out onto the roads.Yes very dusty due to the ongoing pipe replacements and the rail link. Just hoping this will all be done and dusted with asap.

The Street I live in very Quite and clean and almost everyone on that street respect that. I got NBN Installed at my place as well. There is no traffic congestion in wyndham Vale. But you may find bit of it toward werribee crossing. Medical Cntre is open till 11 pm , which is great . Everyday shopping is just around the corner and they are also building 2 station is wyndham vale ( one in manor lakes and one in close to Ballan road) . Major Shopping centre is just 5 away with heaps of parking. We love this place because of the fact that childcare centre is just around the corner and few school are already under construction. Keep In Mind there is Massive D/f between old and new Wyndham vale. Overall New Wyndham vale is a Great place!!!!!

I agree with your comments wyndhamvale, it's a new rapidly growing area, needs time for the new developments to be completed. We are moving to Haines drive, not far from where we are now only because the builders who built our home stuffed up and not what we thought.It is dusty, but that will all settle in time. I like Wyndham Vale.
