"Good place to live"
We used to live here a few years ago. Our house fronted on the Henderson Ave so used to hear the cars go by but not to bad. We used to also front on to a park so this is useful for kids. It is a very affordable area to live in and the Montague Farm estate itself is good. You can walk to Main North Road and catch a bus if you need to. Our house didn't take long to sell either when we put it on the market, was sold in 2 weeks.
