"Ideal location for singles, couples and small families"
The benefits are endless:
- Annandale restaurants and cafes are outstanding
- Leichhardt is a short walk away
- This is a very quiet and leafy street
- The quality/appearance of the houses are constantly improving as property prices increase and people elect to renovate rather than move
- A number of high quality schools on your door step
- Transport to the city is plentiful with Parramatta Rd buses and the light rail
This is one of my most favourite streets in Sydney.
