"A tiny street in an industrial zone"
One of the worst streets I have ever visited. Although it is mostly considered an industrial zone, there are several small houses there. Bordering Sandgate Road, the noise levels are always extreme.
There are a few nearby shopping centres and a McDonalds, however you do need to travel a fair way to do any major shopping. It also takes a long time to get into the city, which is not very convenient for anyone who works there.
