"Convenient but NOT tranquil"
Fantastic for transport and convenient to EVERYTHING. Pity about the noise. Lots from transient tenants (particularly bad at the moment), currently from building works at the school and forever from traffic racing over the speed bumps and often shedding loads off trailers and utes right outside # 21. Would be a fantastic place for hearing impared couples though.
