Do you mean to rent or to buy? As far as rent goes, it's high middle end. A one bedroom goes for around $2000 / month. And, it's not particularly big (i.e. around 500-600 square feet). You can find apartments for less but they're closer to Chinatown than Little Italy proper, and they're going to be tiny.
