"Street with good potential"
One would only have to look at the next street i.e. Henderson St, to see the pontential in McDonald St. It has an equally good selection of double fronted period homes. The main difference is that there are relatively more that could be improved on. It is a short street and relatively tighly held so it is not frequent to see one available. Wide, quiet street which is great for families.
